It opens with cool orchard fruit — green pear, white peach — and builds into fresh brioche and crushed stone. The bubbles are tight and precise, the palate lifted and dry, with a whisper of lemon zest and a long, saline finish. Nothing showy. Everything intentional.

Made in the same method as Champagne but drawn from the limestone soils of Brézé, this bottle delivers elegance without excess — the kind of sparkling wine that pairs just as easily with oysters and caviar as it does with popcorn and porch lights.
