This is one of our favorite cheeses ever!

If we were John Cusack in High Fidelity it would be “number five, with a bullet,” but we really don’t like violence and the number would probably be closer to one.

Made by the fine folks at Jasper Hill Farm in Greensboro, Vermont, this spruce-bound wonder is made for those looking to expand cheese horizons, those who’ve always thought Brie was missing a little “je ne sais quoi”. It’s named after the Greensboro town librarian / historian Ann Harbison, and boy, we wouldn’t even care if history books mentioned us if we had this cheese named in our honor.
