This is the double cream that I always dreamed of growing up. Rich and spreadable gooey goodness with that grassy goat tang balanced by rich cow milk cream. This cheese comes to us from the fantastic team at Vermont Creamery, in Websterville, Vermont and it’s always been a store favorite. A true geotrichum delight.
