Xilli Salsa Macha
A recent new favorite of ours in the pantry section, Xilli sources all of its excellent sauces and condiments from the heart of Mexico, including this tremendous Salsa Macha.
This sauce is rich in complexity, with the heat from the chipotles balanced out by the smoky and nutty backbone of the roasted peanuts. It’s a perfect foil for the likes of pizza, pasta, eggs, fried rice, and just about anything you want to give a nice bit of a spicy flair.
A word of warning, this sauce is addictively hot.
