Nestled in the small town of Klawock on the Prince of Wales Island in Southeast Alaska, Wildfish Cannery is dedicated to sourcing only the finest and most sustainable seafood in the region. Started in 1987 by Phyllis Meuller, this family run business is now in its third generation.

With Coho Salmon caught by local fishermen in Craig, Alaska and using local birch from Homer, Alaska, this one of a kind tin is tender, and sweet with a nice touch of woodsy and umami flair.
