This special double-brewed soy sauce comes to us from Suehiro, based in Tatsuno City in the Hyogo Prefecture in Japan. This tradition of double-brewing allows for a more complex and rounded Soy Sauce, lending itself more toward salty caramel than your typical Kikkoman Soy. Perfect for Yakitori and Ice Cream, and dipping just about anything.
