Qantu has long been one of our favorite bean to bar producers. With a specific focus on cacao from Peru, Elfi and Maxime have created some of the most complex and fruit forward single origin bars to the point that we always have to have their Chuncho nearby.
Ooh La Vache! is their first foray into dark milk, combining their Peruvian cacao with local Canadian milk. The result is a bar that is full of red fruit flavors and a light creamy sweetness that will make any chocolate lover swoon.
