Potluck Gochujang

We are thrilled to support the locally-owned freshly launched Potluck, devoted to showcasing Korean cooking traditions through excellent sourcing. We’re starting with their first two sauces, Gochujang and Ssamjang.

Gochujang is perhaps the most famous condiment in Korean cuisine, made with a combination of chiles and glutinous rice fermented with soybeans, deodeok, sesame oil, perilla seeds, and garlic.
