Think of a bar that’s like a cozy day in a Parisian patisserie, that’s what this lovely milk chocolate bar with cinnamon and feuilletine is going for, with notes of caramel, vanilla, malt and cinnamon.

After years working as the pastry chef at Uni, Betty Petrova left to follow her passion as a chocolatier on her own, culminating in the opening of her first brick-and-mortar shop late in 2023. Betty has a flair for excellent flavors and design, and we’re so happy to have her work back on our shelves again.
