Who can resist cookie butter? There’s a reason it’s a Trader Joes staple, but Betty might have that beat with her take on this classic treat  

After years working as the pastry chef at Uni, Betty Petrova left to follow her passion as a chocolatier on her own, culminating in the opening of her first brick-and-mortar shop late in 2023. Betty has a flair for excellent flavors and design, and we’re so happy to have her work back on our shelves again.
