Olasagasti Anchovies a la Basque

Olasagasti dates back to 1929, created in the Basque country by a Sicilian, a true fish out of water as they say. These little anchovies are not the classic boquerone or simple salted style, rather a la Donostiarra fried with garlic and chili. A superb snack on their own and divine in a red sauce.
