Norwegian Baked Knekkegodis

We lept at the chance to carry this limited edition sweet treat from our friend Hedwig at Norwegian Baked. Each batch of her fantastic Knekkebrød crackers are handmade, and rather than let the end bits go to waste after scoring the sheets, Hedwig decided to dip the pieces into homemade salted caramel and dark chocolate to make a perfect sweet and savory treat.
