La Collina Blu Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Nestled in the rolling hills outside of Florence in the small village of Bagno a Ripoli, this hand-picked and hand-bottled labor of love comes to us from Asa Johansson and her husband Stefano, who produces and maintains olive mills by trade. Lively, fresh, and peppery, this olive oil is the perfect compliment to spring and summer fare, and a classic representation of the Frantoio, Leccino, and Moraiolo olives for which Tuscany is famous.
