One of the first products to come out of this fantastic collaboration between Island Creek Oysters and Conservas Mariscadora were these exceptional single-origin Scallops, the finest of their kind in all of Galicia. Combined with a hearty sauce that includes olive oil, tomato, vinegar, onion, and spices, these scallops are perfect straight out of the can, or served slightly warmed over a bed of pasta.
