Another new exquisite product from our friends at Island Creek Oysters in collaboration with Conservas Mariscadora, Octopus A La Gallega. This classic Galician preparation combines Spanish olive oil with warming spices including paprika and bay leaf. As always, the octopus is responsibly sourced from the Galician coast.
