Fishwife Rainbow Trout Jerky Gems

Our favorite little cut of tinned fish from Fishwife is back! These limited edition gems use the tenderloin from the Trout, too small on its own for restaurant service or a fishmonger. Smoked o er a mixture of beech, maple, and birch wood and seasoned to perfection. They’re a real bonafide diamond in the tinned fish world.
