Espinaler Baby Sardines in Olive Oil

Espinaler dates back to 1896, when it was a simple tavern in Barcelona that prided itself on serving conservas, or tinned fish right from the Galician sea. These fresh caught and cleaned sardines are hand-packed in olive oil and are the perfect pair with the classic Espinaler Sauce, a vinegar based cocktail sauce with just the right amount of kick.

Sardines only get better with age, so we recommend saving some for a rainy day.
