Curio Spice Co. Ferla Spice

Created by Claire Cheney, the founder of Curio Spice Co., this great little blend was inspired by Claire’s visit to brother and sister Maurizio and Katia Marino who run a specialty farm in the town of Ferla. This blend features rosemary, wild fennel, wild oregano, wild and common thyme, and chile flakes from the Marino’s farm and Trapani sea salt.
