Cattani Olivewood Balsamic

One of our favorite new discoveries, this Balsamic Vinegar comes from the Cattani family, who have been producing balsamic from their own grape vineyards in Modena for five generations. This richer style is aged just over eight years in olivewood which lends it a delicate, but well-defined, sweet and earthy flavor.
