Mario Bianco Alpine Wildflower Honey

$19.99

Collected in the National Park of Gran Paradiso at high elevation (about 1000 m or more), our Alpine Wildflower honey is produced from the nectars of high pasture flowers, especially rhododendron, and sainfoin.

Mario Bianco started bringing honey to his hometown shop in Caluso when he was just a child, but his passion for honey stayed with him for his entire life. After retiring in the 80s, he dedicated the rest of his life to soucing single-varietal honey around Italy. After passing in the mid-2000s, the business was taken up by his sons who continue to honor his mission of finding exceptional honey.
