Meet Mama Teav’s

Oakland, California

Anthony and Christina Teav were inspired by their mother’s love for cooking, and turned that into careers at Bay Area institutions like the French Laundry, Morimoto Napa, and State Bird Provisions among others. They started Mama Teav’s as an homage to the home cooking they grew up on, and used their mama’s recipe for this ever so addicting garlic chili crisp, which packs a whole lot of spicy and umami flavor within its organic ingredients.
