What grapes: 100% Arneis

Key facts: Luca and Carolina are making beautiful, stripped down wines. This Arneis is so wonderfully balanced in part due to the fact that 20% are harvested early and maintain their acidity, 50% is harvested 10 days after the first part so much more ripe and the last 30% is fermented with the skins for texture!

This wine is full of notes of pear, white flowers and frangipane. Full of texture, stone fruit and minerality on the palate.
