Heidi Schröck Ruster Ausbruch 'On The Wings of Dawn'

A historic wine of Austria’s city of Rust that was in fashion with royals and nobles in the 18th century. Reminiscent of their Hungarian neighbor’s, Tokaji - the wine is made with Botrytized grapes (noble rot) and so the grapes require the perfect humid yet breezy conditions to produce such delicacy. This is possible being next to the western shore of Lake Neusiedl, one of the largest lakes in Europe, while being close to the foothills of the Alps providing a cool environment for a long, sunny ripening.

Wine smells of a bouquet of spring flowers, with a full, rich body and taste of honey dipped dried apricots.
