A recent new favorite of ours in the pantry section, PB Love CO is a Colorado-based small business that has its heart set on making revamped versions of classic staples like, well, Peanut Butter.
This is no ordinary Peanut Butter, and saying salty almost does it a disservice! It’s made with organic extra-virgin coconut oil, dry-roasted peanuts, Colorado honey, Vietnamese cinnamon, organic blackstrap molasses, unrefined coconut sugar and sea salt.
We were lucky enough to be introduced to this by a local customer, and it was a love at first bite. A perfect sweet, salty, spreadable treat that makes you have faith in humanity all over again.
