The Pedroni family is the oldest producer of artisanal Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, going back to 1862. Consistently acclaimed as one of the best balsamic producers, we’re delighted to have a small selection of their beautiful offerings.

Their Italo vinegar is from the Pedroni family's aged Tradizionale D.O.P offerings, which must undergo a stringent inspection and bottling process by the Consortium of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. Italo is aged for a minimum of 12 years in oak and chestnut wood barrels. A fragrant vinegar owing to the exceptional grapes and special casks; flawless with risotto, omelets and strawberries.
