Whether it’s a big and buttery triple-creme, or an ash ripened goat cheese, or classic alpine cheeses from high in the mountains of Switzerland, France, or even Vermont, we strive to find the cheeses that are tasting their best from the season. We always look to support local when possible, whether that’s Cricket Creek Farm, The Grey Barn and Farm, or friends across the border in Stowe like The Von Trapps or Sage Farm Goat Dairy, we’re always looking for whats fresh and what’s best.
Remember, cheese is a living organism and all cheese orders that need to be shipped will have to be shipped with a two-day maximum. We ship orders out Monday through Wednesday. All orders placed after 12 noon on Wednesday will not be shipped until the following Monday.
