Cornerstone was created in response to a call for the creation of more American Original cheeses by the American Cheese Society so four cheesemakers answered that call. Made by four cheesemakers (in Vermont, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania respectively) Cornerstone was created to showcase the craft of the cheesemakers as well as letting the taste of the farm shine through by each cheesemaker using the same recipe.

The Cornerstone that we carry is made by Peter Dixon at Parish Hill Creamery in Vermont; smooth and dense with a fruit front and a savory finish.
